My experience working with Paul was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I initially emailed him, he responded promptly and even told me that I could file a claim with my insurance company and would likely have my deductible waived. Lo and behold, he was right; GEICO waived my deductible and as soon as Paul received my claim paperwork, he emailed to set up an appointment. Again, Paul was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole scheduling process. I had to move my appointment, but Paul was very reasonable and rescheduled to a date and time that worked for me.
On the day of the appointment, he showed up early (always a great sign of customer service in my book) and set to work immediately. As he worked at fixing my small dime-sized chip, we had a rather pleasant conversation. I’m not always good at making small talk, but Paul made it easy! His demeanor was professional, but amiable. Perhaps it was the conversation that made the time go by quickly because in no time at all (less than 20 minutes!), he was done. My windshield chip is replaced and looks great.
For something potentially unpleasant as having your windshield repaired, Paul makes the experience pretty darn great. If you’re looking for stellar service, Paul is your man. There’s a reason why all his reviews are five stars. -Mary L. San Francisco, CA

American Glass Repair (AGR) is/was WONDERFUL! I found out about them through Groupon and chose them over the other glass repair company on Groupon because AGR’s service (through the Groupon) included on site repair (they come to you). I ordered the Groupon on Saturday night, went to AGR’s website to set up an appointment that same evening, and received an email on Sunday morning from Paul Roth requesting a little more detailed information about the repair. After replying to the email Paul called me and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Paul was on time, professional, and a perfectionist. His work was impeccable. I was impressed all around (responsiveness, timeliness, efficiency, professionalism, and he was extremely courteous). Would I recommend AGR – ABSOLUTELY! Would I use them again – ABSOLUTELY! Paul arrived a few minutes early for the job, and took care of 3 deeper rock chips and 2 small divots in the windshield. He found blemishes that I was not even aware of, and fixed them as part of the job!
He was personable, talked me through what he was doing, and treated both me and my vehicle car with respect. Whole thing was done in about 40 minutes.

Paul did an amazing job fixing two chips in my windshield. My insurance company referred me to another company the first time I called. Well, they never called me back to set up an appointment! I called my insurance company again and they referred me to American Glass Repair. Paul called me right away! He arrived on time and was pleasant to work with. My husband and I enjoyed talking to him while he was working on our car. Paul did a fantastic job repairing the windshield (you can barely see where the chips were located). Just had Paul work on my windshield and I have to say I am impressed.
My experience working with Paul from start to finish was painless. He responds to his emails really quick and would even suggest working with your insurance (depending on the assessed damage) to save you money. He knows the science behind windshield glass, and his explanations on how you go about repairing them just demonstrates how much experience he has. He actually reminds me of a professor of mine back in college.
